Grilled seafood zosui, similar to risotto.  Domestic rice cooked with open-flame grilled pollock roe (tarako), slow cooked in vegetable and dashi stock.   

A total of 6 pollock roe (tarako) zosui in a set.

Very simple to make, just add hot water and you're good to go!
