A cup ramen from one of the most famous Tonkotsu style ramen shops in the Kansai region (Western Japan), Butanohoshi! After a 9 year apprenticeship at the famous Osaka ramen shop "Mutepo", the owner/chef founded Butanohoshi (directly translates to "Pork's Star"). Now Butanohoshi is one of the famous ramen restaurants in the country with frequent lines out the door in Amagasaki, Hyogo.
The cup ramen is an homage to the restaurant and is made in collaboration with Sanyo and sold exclusively at Family Mart for a very limited time.
