Very limited release collaboration between noodle company Maruchan and Okinawa's famous "Hamaya". Famous for their Okinawa styled soba ramen, Hamaya is consistently the number one ranked eatery in Okinawa.
Hamaya uses a tonkotsu gyokai blend between Pork bone broth (tonkotsu) and gyokai (mackerel broth), and finished off in a refreshing salt based soup. Truly a Okinawa classic!
